Politique de remboursement

All sales are final. Noize Soundworks, S.L. ("NOIZE") does not accept returns and does not issue refunds on digital products.

Please read this policy in full before purchasing. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

1. WHY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

Every product we sell is digital and is delivered instantly by download. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, recovered or deactivated: the copy is permanently in your possession. For that reason, and in line with standard practice in the sample library industry, all purchases are final from the moment your download is made available.

2. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer buying at a distance in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.

That right does not apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium once delivery has begun, provided that you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is set out in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

At checkout you are asked to give that consent before your download links are released. Once you have given it and your download has been made available, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies and no refund can be requested.

Exception: if you have completed an order but have not yet accessed or downloaded any file, you may still withdraw within 14 days. Write to us at contact@noizesounds.com from the email address used in the order, quoting your order number, and we will verify that no download has taken place and refund you in full.

3. BEFORE YOU BUY, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK

We give you everything you need to make an informed decision before paying:

• Audio demos on every product page, rendered from the actual contents of the pack.
• A full file listing, with the exact number of kicks, loops, one-shots, FX, MIDI files and presets included.
• Technical requirements, including the software version needed. Our preset packs require Serum 2; they will not load in earlier versions.
• Format specifications: 24 bit, 44.1 kHz WAV, plus MIDI files where indicated.

Listen to the demos and check the requirements before purchasing. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@noizesounds.com before you buy and we will answer.

4. WHAT IS NOT A GROUND FOR A REFUND

We will not issue a refund where:

• you changed your mind, or no longer want the product;
• you purchased by accident, or purchased a product you already own, and have downloaded it;
• you do not like the sounds, or they do not fit the track you are working on;
• the product is incompatible with your software and the requirement was correctly stated on the product page, for example a preset pack requiring Serum 2;
• you are unable to use the files for reasons related to your own setup, skill level or workflow;
• you found the same or a similar product cheaper elsewhere;
• you purchased before a promotion and the price changed afterwards.

5. WHAT WE DO ALWAYS FIX

The above does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are legally entitled to a remedy, and we will provide one at no cost. Contact us at contact@noizesounds.com and we will resolve it.

This covers:

• download links that fail, expire or never arrive, which we will reissue;
• corrupt, unreadable or missing files, which we will repair or resend;
• content that does not match what the product page describes, for example a missing folder or a file count materially below the one advertised;
• duplicate charges or technical payment errors, which we refund in full.

Where we are unable to deliver a working product that matches its description, we will refund you in full, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content under Spanish and EU law.

6. FREE PRODUCTS

Free packs and demo content are supplied at no cost and give rise to no right to a refund, replacement or support beyond the reissue of a download link.

7. SERVICES: MIXING, MASTERING AND GHOST PRODUCING

Production services are commissioned individually and work begins on your material as soon as the order is confirmed. By ordering a service you expressly request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Instead of a refund, each service includes the number of revision rounds stated on the service page. If the delivered result does not match the brief agreed with you, we will revise it until it does. If, after exhausting the agreed revisions, we are unable to deliver a result that matches that brief, we will refund the amount paid.

8. CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. It is almost always faster to resolve directly, and we answer every message.

Opening a chargeback on an order that has been downloaded, without contacting us first, is a breach of these terms. It will result in the suspension of your customer account, the termination of all licences granted to you, and the removal of your access to any future purchase.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may address the competent consumer arbitration body of your place of residence or, in Spain, the consumer protection authorities of the Autonomous Community of Madrid.
